Law enforcement officers have notified Kalanchak resident Tetyana Vasylenko of suspicion. She is suspected on several counts — collaborationist activities, informational cooperation with the state-aggressor, and encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
The text of the suspicion was published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, a native of Russia’s Kaliningrad region, who lived in the Skadovsk district, during the occupation voluntarily took the position of the so-called head of the Novokiivka territorial department of the Kalanchak military-civilian administration.
In this position she performed organizational and managerial as well as administrative and economic functions, in particular organizing the activities of the occupation body, arranging the billeting of Russian military personnel in the homes of local residents, and conducting “agitation work” to recruit citizens for service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Tetyana Vasylenko also publicly gave speeches on the Telegram messenger on channels of the occupation authorities.
In her interviews she justified Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, supported the decisions of the occupation administration and campaigned for a “referendum” on the annexation of the Kherson region to the Russian Federation.
Recall that Mykolaiv resident Dmytro Holtsov was notified of suspicion of collaborationism — he took leadership positions in the occupation police of Kherson.
