For entrepreneurs in Kherson Oblast and other frontline regions the possibilities of the state program «Accessible loans 5–7–9%» have been expanded.
This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
On October 10, the Government adopted the resolution “On Amendments to the Procedure for Providing Financial State Support to Business Entities”.
According to the document, the state program «Accessible loans 5–7–9%» has been expanded for entrepreneurs from frontline territories, in particular regarding access to financing their own businesses.
In addition, enterprises operating in frontline territories that received state support in 2022–2024 will be able to extend the terms of their loans until the end of 2027, or refinance outstanding debt on current loans on preferential terms, the article states.
The scope of the program «Accessible loans 5–7–9%» has also been extended to areas of active hostilities where state electronic information resources operate.
Below we add the territories of Kherson Oblast where hostilities are being (were) conducted or are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Regional Development dated February 28, 2025 No. 376 (as amended).




For reference: The «Affordable loans 5-7-9%» program is part of the development policy for Ukrainian manufacturers «Made in Ukraine» and is aimed at stimulating micro, small and medium-sized businesses by reducing the cost of credit resources through state compensations or state guarantees.
