The Department of City Marketing and Tourism of the Kherson City Council ordered the production of banners for a total amount of 359 thousand UAH.
As indicated on Prozorro, the department concluded two contracts with private entrepreneurs. Both procurements were carried out without using the electronic system, justifying this by Kherson’s being in a zone of active hostilities.

In particular, for the production of informational posters for billboards and citylights they will pay 235 thousand UAH. The order provides for printing 6000 m2 of material for large boards at a price of 30.65 UAH per meter and 108 m2 for citylights at a price of 118 UAH per meter. The contractor was an entrepreneur from Kropyvnytskyi, Yaroslav Lysenko.
The second contract concerns the production of banners in the amount of 123 thousand UAH. The supplier was an entrepreneur from Kherson, Oleh Popov, who must manufacture the products from a special banner fabric resistant to ultraviolet and atmospheric effects.
The cost of both contracts already includes delivery of the finished products to Kherson.
Both procurements are financed from the local budget as part of the city program for decoration and informational support, planned for 2026–2028.
