In the Vysokopillia community, the list of inclusive services for visitors to the Administrative Services Center has been expanded. From now on, people with hearing impairments can receive services using an online sign language interpreter.
This was reported by the Beryslav RVA.
The implementation of barrier-free access became possible thanks to cooperation with the public organization “All‑Ukrainian Organization of Persons with Hearing Disabilities” (UTOG). The specialized service allows facility administrators to promptly establish communication with applicants via video link.
During appointments, an employee of the Administrative Services Center connects an interpreter who, in real time, facilitates the exchange of information between the institution and the citizen. This approach allows administrative matters to be resolved without involving additional accompanying persons and ensures equal access to public services for all community residents.
Recall that, at the end of February 2026, the Kherson MVA updated the list of ASC services.
