While performing official duties on December 31, an employee of the municipal enterprise “Komunservis” in the Novovorontsovka community, Viktor Mykhalchenko, was killed. His life was cut short by a strike from a Russian drone.

“We often take basic things — light in the home or water from the tap — for granted. But in the realities of our frontline community, behind each such service there is a person who risks themselves every day. Yesterday the residents of Novovorontsovka had water only because someone managed to turn it on under the threat of shelling. And yesterday that ‘someone’ was Viktor Mykhalchenko,” they wrote there.
Recall that on January 1 at around 22:00, Russian forces attacked an ambulance vehicle with a drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson, as a result of which the driver was wounded.
