The Audit and Control Department of the Kherson City Council will conduct an analysis of the efficiency of the use of property, financial resources and other assets of the city municipal enterprise «Khersonelektrotrans», which is in liquidation.
This became known from the order of the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanka.
The audit will run from December 15, 2025 to February 12, 2026.
The inspection will cover the period of the enterprise’s activity from November 11, 2022 to December 31, 2025.
Thus, the director of KP «Khersonelektrotrans» Petro Dementiev and the chief accountant Natalia Kurtseva are obliged to provide auditors with unhindered access to accounting registers, information and databases necessary to conduct the analysis.
Recall that the liquidation of the MUE “Khersonelektrotrans” was announced back in April.
The enterprise is merging with KP “Khersonkomuntransservice”. The reason for the merger of the two KPs was the city’s financial inability to maintain the administrative staff of both enterprises.
