The Kherson Regional State Administration denied information about an organized evacuation from the temporarily occupied city of Oleshky on the left bank of the Kherson region.
It should be noted that on July 21 some information resources began circulating information on behalf of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights about an alleged registration for evacuation from Oleshky and adjacent settlements, which is valid until July 25.

As MOST reported, the head of the Department of Internal and Information Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Elvina Osmanova, said that there is currently no official evacuation from Oleshky.
Recall that in June 2026 the Russian Federation finally recognized a humanitarian catastrophe in Oleshky.
Ukraine urged the UN Secretary-General and international partners to pressure Russia to ensure compliance with international humanitarian law and to create safe conditions for the evacuation of civilians.
More than 6,000 residents of the occupied part of the Kherson region may need humanitarian assistance, including around 200 children. Most of them have limited mobility.
