The director of the Kherson City Dental Polyclinic has changed again. Ihor Chepel was again appointed to temporarily perform the duties of the head.
This became known from the Youcontrol registry.
According to the data, Chepel has been performing the duties of the head of the institution since November 11, 2025.
Recall, Ihor Chepel had already been performing the duties of the director of the dental polyclinic from April to September 2024. At that time he was appointed to the position instead of Viktoria Khmilevska, whom the former mayor of Kherson Roman Mrochko appointed head of the Department of Health of the Kherson City Council.
After Chepel, the Kherson City Dental Polyclinic was headed by Denys Yakovlev, who worked as a dentist-orthopedist at the same polyclinic.
However, since April 2025 the institution was placed under the management of gynecologist Yevhen Hnylytskyi, whom Mrochko appointed to the position “retroactively”, that is, already after his official dismissal. Note that before this Hnylytskyi headed the Kherson City Perinatal Center named after Klymenko, which was already liquidated.
According to a MOST source in the MVA, on November 10 it became known that the head of the Kherson MVA Yaroslav Shanko dismissed Yevhen Hnylytskyi from the position.
