The Kherson community is in a zone of ongoing hostilities and regularly suffers attacks from various types of weaponry. Currently there are no safe places in the community.
This was reported on the national telethon by the head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
“The Russians’ tactics are unpredictable, so civilian facilities, residential buildings, and ordinary people who are walking on the street or traveling by car are being attacked completely without justification,” Yaroslav Shanko said.
Coastal areas remain the most dangerous, however shelling can also occur in remote parts of the community.
Recall that in 2025 Russian forces carried out about 146,000 shelling attacks, as a result 307 people were killed, 2,564 residents of the region were wounded.
