Russian drones have begun flying into the interior of the Kherson community and reaching settlements that were considered safe.
This was reported on air by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
“The greatest burden falls, as before, on the coastal areas and settlements that run along the Dnipro. At the same time, recently the situation has become more complicated by the fact that enemy drones increasingly reach into the interior of the community, into areas that were previously considered relatively distant from the line of contact”, — the official said.
As a reminder, in early June it was announced that in Kherson they plan to strengthen anti-drone protection for 33.5 km of roads.
Overall, more than 200 km of anti-drone nets have been installed in the region.
