In Kherson, the composition of the Council of Entrepreneurs that will operate under the Kherson City Military Administration was approved.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
The document states that the Council was created to establish interaction between businesses, public associations of entrepreneurs, and the city authorities.
The chairman became entrepreneur and director of the Kherson SHVSM, Ihor Harahulia. The position of deputy chair was taken by the director of the enterprise “Central Market” of the Kherson Regional Union of Consumer Societies, Nataliya Sheiko, and Tetyana Nilova was appointed secretary.
The Council also included entrepreneurs Oleksiy Haiduk, Nataliya Danyuk, Yuriy Onopriyenko, Serhiy Romanyuk, Olga Ruseva and the financial director of LLC “Khersonsnabbeton”, Liliya Yakovlieva.
Recall that the Council of Entrepreneurs was established in April 2026.
At the same time, the previous Council was dissolved in March 2026. The body was then officially declared incapacitated — the structure allegedly had not worked for over four years, and the head of the Council, Oleksandr Maksymenko, in his letter confirmed that the body had in fact “withdrawn” from performing its duties.
