In the Kherson City Territorial Community they are introducing the model «CNAP – Reserve» in the format of a mobile remote workplace using the «Mobile Suitcase» kit. This will allow administrative services to be provided even in the event of damage to or destruction of the Center’s premises.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA Yaroslav Shanko.
The model envisages the work of an administrator or state registrar outside the stationary CNAP — using a special «Mobile Suitcase» kit. It includes a laptop with access to state registers, a printer, a scanner, a mobile modem, a signal booster, an ID card reader, a POS terminal and other equipment necessary for providing services.
The mobile service point can operate in the premises of other institutions, healthcare or social protection facilities, as well as in other designated locations. Locations will be formed taking into account the security situation.
The order also approved the procedure for providing services within this model and a temporary list of administrative services that can be obtained through «CNAP – Reserve».
An additional fee for providing services at the mobile workplace will not be charged.
