The Kherson MVA approved the Informatization Program of the Kherson community for 2026-2028.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
The program is aimed at implementing modern digital technologies in community governance, developing electronic democracy, and improving the quality of public services.
The total amount of required funding for three years is 5.8 million UAH.
According to the document, the main tasks of digitalization are infrastructure restoration (connecting social sector institutions to fiber-optic networks and rebuilding mobile communication towers damaged by shelling), digital literacy (continuing training for residents and officials on the Diia.Education, Prometheus and Google platforms), restoration of a full-fledged electronic document management system (EDMS) and modernization of computer equipment in government bodies, development of services in the CNAP, in particular the introduction of a passport service and e-democracy tools (petitions, polls), etc.
