The head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko, agreed to allocate a land plot for the creation of a memorial complex for the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast.
The relevant order was published on the Kherson City Council’s website.
The plot for the complex, covering 0.0542 ha, is located in Kherson. It is being transferred from communal ownership into permanent use by law enforcement authorities (without the right of alienation).
Recall that in early March 2026, as a result of a strike by a Russian drone in the Kherson region 39-year-old patrol police officer Andriy Antsybor was killed.
