In Kherson, a commission was created to organize and prepare municipal enterprises for the next heating season.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
The commission is chaired by Deputy Mayor of Kherson Serhiy Orekhov. The body includes 17 specialists, among them representatives of various departments of the Kherson City Council, heads of the city district councils, an adviser to the head of the Kherson MVA, as well as representatives of municipal and private enterprises “Khersonteplogeneratsiya”, “Khersongaz”, “Khersonteploenergo”, “Production Department of the Water Supply and Sewerage Management of Kherson”, “Khersonoblenergo”, “Teplotekhservis” and “Kherson Thermal Power Plant”.
The main tasks of the newly created commission are coordination and prevention of crisis situations in the operations of heat and water supply enterprises that serve residential buildings and social sector institutions of the city.
By the autumn of 2026, the commission is obliged to inspect the readiness of road infrastructure for the winter period and the formation of reserves of equipment and materials for the rapid elimination of emergencies.
