On October 12, the 22nd Traveling Human Rights Documentary Film Festival Docudays UA-2025 started in Kherson.

By the end of November it will cover 19 regions of Ukraine. As part of the festival, 10 documentary films selected from this year’s Kyiv program will be shown.
The central theme of the festival is «Rare Resource».
“The name symbolically echoes the agreement between Ukraine and the USA on rare-earth metals, but on a deeper level – it is a metaphor for the inner strength of Ukrainians, their resilience and humanity”, – the article says.
The Traveling festival includes 10 films from 11 countries. Three of them were produced in Ukraine or in co-production with international partners, the rest are from Ireland, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Qatar, Portugal and Spain.
The International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival “Docudays” — the largest International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in Ukraine, which takes place annually during the last week of March in Kyiv. After the festival program ends, from October until the end of the year screenings of the best films traditionally take place across the regions of Ukraine as part of the Traveling festival.
