This was stated on the air of Hromadske Radio by the head of the Department of Civil Protection of the Kherson City Military Administration, Serhiy Tarasenko.

The law clearly specifies who is responsible for what in this process, however the issue of implementing forced evacuation of children is still not regulated, Tarasenko believes.
