The Kherson Regional Military Administration is beginning the process of searching for and restoring documents that were stored in the archive of the Regional State Administration’s office.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin
It is noted that they will search for documents that were lost due to hostilities, the occupation of the region, and the seizure of the administrative building by Russian forces.
For this purpose, a special commission has been created headed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration’s apparatus, Oleh Yaroshak. Its composition includes heads and specialists of units on records management, legal support, internal policy, finance, economics, architecture, and sports.
The commission will operate for one year — from May 20, 2026 to May 20, 2027. During this time, specialists must find the missing files or take measures to restore them.
