In the Korabelnyi district of Kherson, water utility workers were struck by explosives dropped from a Russian drone.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Military Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to him, the Russian army attacked the utility workers’ vehicle at about 14:30.
The report says a 50-year-old man who was behind the wheel was killed as a result of the strike.
Three more people suffered concussions, shrapnel wounds, blast and closed traumatic brain injuries. They were hospitalized in serious condition. Doctors are fighting for their lives.
Earlier it became known that yesterday in Kherson Russian forces attacked a police car with an FPV drone, resulting in injuries to four police officers and two civilians.
