The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, received 177 790 hryvnias in December 2025. His official salary amounted to over 105 thousand hryvnias, the salary for the special rank — 2 400 UAH. He also received a seniority allowance — almost 54 thousand hryvnias and an additional payment for access to state secrets — almost – 16 thousand hryvnias.

His first deputy, Dmytro Butriy, earned a total for the month (including allowances and additional payments) slightly less – 151 thousand hryvnias.
Oleksandr Tolonnikov, deputy head of the Kherson ODA, received almost the same salary as Prokudin — over 177 thousand hryvnias. Of these, almost 89 thousand was material assistance for vacation.
Another deputy — Volodymyr Klyutsevskyi received over 136 thousand hryvnias for the month. Yevhen Ihnatenko earned more than 125 thousand hryvnias, and Anton Samoylenko — 113 thousand hryvnias.
The least among the deputies was received by Olha Malyarchuk. Her income for December amounted to almost 70 thousand hryvnias.
Note that, in November Olha Malyarchuk received the highest salary in the Kherson OVA.
