In Kherson region’s Beryslav district, another unit of the local fire protection service has started operating.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kherson region.
The unit’s members have already undergone special training. They will now assist local State Emergency Service units in extinguishing fires and responding to other emergencies in the community, the report added.
It was previously reported that the Zmiivka fire unit in Kherson region received a special vehicle from the Swedish charitable organization Swedish Rescuers.
