The commission at the Beryslav City Council approved the payment of compensations totaling more than 43 million hryvnias. These funds will be provided through 19 housing certificates, which will allow residents who lost their homes due to Russian aggression to purchase a new home.
This was reported on the city council’s page.
The sum of the approved certificates amounted to 43 086 776 UAH.
In five cases the commission was forced to refuse. The main reason — the technical condition of the buildings, which under the law are subject to restoration and are not considered completely destroyed, or errors in the owners’ paperwork.
Due to constant shelling and danger to life, specialists switched to remote inspections. This made it possible to process another 27 addresses in hard-to-reach areas, allowing for the prompt entry of data into the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property without traveling to the site.
Earlier we wrote that the Kherson MVA approved the provision of housing vouchers for 30 displaced persons from TOT.
