In the village of Bekhtery of the Holoprystan community on the left bank of Kherson region the water did not comply with sanitary and hygienic standards.
This was reported by pro-Russian media.
It is reported that, at the request of the occupation prosecutor’s office, an unscheduled disinfection of the water supply system was allegedly carried out there.
A submission was filed against the head of the illegal «Облводоканал», and the official who was found guilty was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Recall, already in 2024 the occupiers promised to allocate 1.5 billion rubles for the repair of the water supply system.
Obviously, the ongoing lack of water in the vast majority of settlements on the left bank of Kherson region is connected to the Russians’ demolition of the Kakhovka HPP in June 2023, which the occupying authorities for a long time did not acknowledge.
