In 2025, due to Russian shelling of the Kherson region, 307 people were killed, including 6 children. A further 2564 residents of the region were wounded, including 62 children.
This was reported during the final press conference for 2025 by the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin.
During the year, Russian forces carried out about 146 thousand shelling attacks, firing approximately 235 thousand shells and 400 guided aerial bombs.
Earlier we wrote that the military have currently identified 27 sections where mesh tunnels are being set up, with a total length of 217 kilometers of roads. The implementation of the project requires 261 million hryvnias.
