Water pressure in Kherson’s water supply system will return to operational mode within a few hours. Specialists continue the necessary work to stabilize the situation.
This was reported by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration.
The city authorities urge residents to use electricity and water sparingly in order to prevent disruptions in the operation of the energy and communal infrastructure.
As a reminder, as a result of massive Russian shelling that took place on the night of December 12-13, it was power was cut to part of the Kherson region, including the city of Kherson. Also, due to the lack of electricity in the city, there are interruptions in the water supply and trolleybuses did not operate on their routes.
Despite promises by local authorities to supply water on a schedule, during the hours when it was supposed to be available, it is not.
