Since the beginning of the year the TCK recorded 137 violations of military registration in the Kherson region. Also among the regions with the lowest figures of such violations – Lviv region — 626, Rivne region — 464, Ivano-Frankivsk region — 315 and Luhansk region — 11.

Thus, in 2025 the TCK opened over 47 thousand proceedings for violations of military registration across Ukraine.
The absolute leader was Kyiv — 7 163 proceedings (15%). Following are Sumy region (4 251 or 9%), Odesa region (3 995 or 9%), Dnipropetrovsk region (3 846 or 8%) and Kharkiv region (3 349 or 7%), the report notes.
The vast majority of those fined are men aged 25 to 45 (80% of cases), while women account for 98 cases — just 0.2% of the total, the data show.
In addition, there are 26 proceedings against women opened after the introduction of the new mechanism for military registration. It has been in effect since July 31, 2025.
