An unstable situation with electricity supply persists in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region. Due to emergency faults in the energy system and reduced voltage, the occupation services say they cannot adhere even to the introduced rolling blackout schedules.
This was reported by pro-Russian Telegram channels.
Lights in populated settlements may be switched off outside the schedule or with significant changes in timing. According to reports from occupation authorities, the network voltage is significantly below the norm, and the situation will remain unstable until the faults are fixed.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation governor of Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo promised to provide “stable power supply” on the left bank of the region. According to him, the occupiers plan to replace worn power cables to “ensure a reliable supply of electricity”.
