The Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Kherson Oblast ordered postal services for 2026.
As stated on Prozorro, the services were ordered from JSC “Ukrposhta”. The contract value is 9 million UAH including VAT.
“Ukrposhta” will provide services for sending domestic written correspondence, including postcards and letters.
Funding will be provided from the state budget of Ukraine under the program for ensuring justice by local and appellate courts.
Note that the procurement was carried out without using the electronic trading system. The contracting authority justified this decision by the absence of competition for technical reasons, as provided by current legislation during the period of martial law. Since “Ukrposhta” is the national postal operator, there is currently no alternative to ensure the stable delivery of court correspondence.
