The High Council of Justice dismissed Lyudmyla Sokyrko from the position of judge of the Bilozerka District Court of Kherson Oblast.
The decision was made during the meeting of the High Council of Justice on July 9, 2026.
Lyudmyla Sokyrko was dismissed following her submission of a resignation.
After the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion and the occupation of the right-bank part of Kherson Oblast, the judge was temporarily seconded to the Rozhniativ District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast to carry out judicial duties.
Earlier we wrote that Kherson City Court judge Inna Khaydarova won a case against the High Qualification Commission of Judges, which had doubted her ability to work in the appellate court.
