The Ternopil City District Court handed down a verdict to a staff member of the occupation police, Tetyana Yermochenko.
This is stated in the court verdict.
According to the investigation, after the beginning of the occupation of Kherson region, Yermochenko received the position of acting investigator in the occupation police of Kherson, and at the beginning of 2023 she became an investigator in Kalanchak on the left bank of the region.
One of the witnesses interviewed said that at the beginning of November 2022, after the theft of his personal belongings, he went to the occupation police. There he spoke with Tetyana Yermochenko, who introduced herself as an investigator.
According to the witness, she helped draw up a theft report, dictating its text and referring to articles of the Russian Criminal Code. After submitting the report she said that someone would contact him, however the witness did not receive any calls or messages.
Having examined the evidence, the court in absentia found Tetyana Yermochenko guilty of collaborationist activity. She was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Earlier it was reported that a woman from Kherson received a sentence for helping the occupiers in issuing Russian passports.
