The family of the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, has significantly expanded its list of assets.
According to data from the State Register of Property Rights, in April 2026 the official and his wife became owners of an apartment in Kyiv and purchased a new SUV.
Thus, the new property, with an area of 89 sq. m, is located in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.
The apartment was registered as joint partial ownership, with 1/4 shares belonging to Oleksandr Prokudin himself and his wife Anastasiia. Presumably, the other shares belong to the couple’s children.
It is worth noting that Anastasiia Prokudina also owns a parking space of 17.5 sq. m on the Dnipro Embankment, which she purchased back in the autumn of 2024.
Besides real estate, at the beginning of 2026 the family updated their car fleet with a premium vehicle. On January 6, Anastasiia Prokudina became the owner of a new black Audi Q7 SUV, manufactured in 2025, worth over 80 thousand dollars.
The car has a license plate purchased separately for an amount between 60 and 75 thousand hryvnias, because it repeats four digits.
It should be noted that according to the 2021 declaration, Anastasiia Prokudina owned land plots in the settlements of Antonivka (758 sq. m) and Henicheska Hirka (1900 sq. m). She also owned a private house of 41.8 sq. m in the settlement of Henicheska Hirka.
The Kherson apartment of 85.4 sq. m was rented by the couple from 2019 until the very beginning of the full-scale invasion.
At that time Anastasiia drove a 2014 Mercedes B 180 CDI, and Oleksandr himself owned a “Niva” from 1987.
Currently, there are no up-to-date declarations of Oleksandr and Anastasiia Prokudins on the NAZK website. They are hidden in accordance with current legislation due to risks associated with the position of the head of the Regional Military Administration.
Recall that in April this year, as head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin earned 395,714 UAH, of which 237,645 was the official salary.
