And the deputy head of the regional council Yurii Vlasov was paid 12 142 hryvnias as payment for idle time. The regional council noted that Vlasov has been idle since April 1, 2022.
Among the employees of the patronage service, advisor to the head of the regional council Serhii Larionov received 22 153 hryvnias, of which 7 200,67 hryvnias — payment for idle time, 10 769,64 hryvnias — vacation pay for July 2026, 10 801,05 hryvnias — health recovery assistance.
Natalia Kurylo received 5 544 hryvnias. She was credited payment for idle time.
