The deputy of the Beryslav District Council and the head of the polyclinic, who was notified of suspicion for falsifying military registration documents, is Lidiya Mihay.

Recall, according to the investigation, since December 2022 the woman held the position of a reserve physician-therapist of the non-staff permanent military medical commission at the Beryslav District Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center.
In February 2023, during medical examinations of those liable for military service, she knowingly entered false information into official documents – the examination cards and medical examination records of two men. As a result, they were unjustifiably declared temporarily unfit for military service.
In 2020 Lidiya Mihay was elected a deputy of the Beryslav District Council from the Servant of the People party. Previously she headed the Velyka Oleksandrivka Center of Primary Health Care and a hospital. Lately she headed the polyclinic of the KNP “Velyka Oleksandrivka Hospital” and worked there as a pediatrician.
In July 2024 the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky awarded Mihay the honorary title «Honored Worker of Healthcare of Ukraine».
