In January 2026, three executives of the Kherson Regional Council received UAH 215,916 in salaries.

Thus, the head of the Kherson Regional Council Oleksandr Samoylenko received UAH 72,578.
First Deputy Chair Yuriy Sobolevskyi was paid UAH 131,196, of which UAH 58,694 – material assistance.
Deputy chair Yuriy Vlasov, who is on downtime, was paid UAH 12,142.
In addition, adviser Nataliya Kurylo, who is also on downtime, received UAH 5,544 in January. Another adviser Serhiy Larionov received UAH 11,862 – payment for downtime and vacation pay.
