Investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have announced suspicion against Russian serviceman Mumadi Magomedov, who raped a minor girl in the Kherson region.
This is stated on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to law enforcement, Magomedov is a private and a feldsher (medic) of a motorized rifle company of the 70th regiment, 42nd division of the 58th Army of the Russian Federation.
At the end of March 2024, in one of the occupied villages of the Kherson region Magomedov and his accomplice noticed a minor local resident who was walking home, and asked what time it was. When the girl took out her mobile phone, they dragged her into a car.
To prevent the girl from resisting, they struck her in the face and forced her to swallow an unknown pill, which made her intoxicated.
The occupiers took the girl to the outskirts of the village and, threatening her with a weapon, undressed her.
Magomedov raped the minor, after which his accomplice abused her. Later the servicemen brought the girl to a house in the same village and took turns raping her.
Mumadi Magomedov is suspected of cruel treatment of the civilian population, committed by prior conspiracy of a group of persons (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
