In May, the leadership of the Kherson Regional Military Administration earned a total of 1,348,516 UAH.
These figures were provided by the Kherson RMA in response to a request from MOST.
The head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin earned 384,329 UAH, of which 230,745 UAH was the base salary.
His first deputy Dmytro Butrii received 221,980 UAH last month.
Deputy Oleksandr Tolokonnikov was paid 116,961 UAH, and deputy Olga Malyarchuk – 152,308 UAH.
Three other deputies Volodymyr Kliutsevskyy, Anton Samoylenko and Yevheniy Ihnatenko earned 169,603 UAH, 156,569 UAH and 146,766 UAH respectively.
Recall, in March 2026 we wrote that the issue of reducing the salaries of the leadership of the Kherson Regional Military Administration should be resolved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The RMA itself then explained that the current level of salaries is related to Government decree No. 391. It provides for applying a coefficient of 3 to the base salaries of employees of state bodies who work in areas of active hostilities and constant shelling.
