In 2025, 3,757 individual entrepreneurs ceased their activities in the Kherson region.

The Kherson region was among the regions with the fewest closed FOPs. Fewer entrepreneurs closed only in Luhansk — 842. At the same time, the largest number of business closures was recorded in Kyiv — 32,469 FOPs.
In total, since the beginning of 2025, 250,209 individual entrepreneurs have closed in Ukraine. The peak of closures occurred in January: after a one-and-a-half-month pause in the operation of state registers, 59,723 terminations of activity were recorded simultaneously.
The average lifespan of a FOP in Ukraine is 2 years and 4 months.
