Over the past week, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck 360 trucks that were being used to provide logistics for Russian forces through the so‑called land corridor to occupied Crimea.
This was reported by the commander of the unmanned systems forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert Brovdi.
This refers to the so‑called R-280 “Novorossiya” route, which runs through the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions and connects the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don with annexed Crimea.
In addition, according to Brovdi, more than 200 trucks were destroyed during July.
It should be noted that, according to the governor of the occupied part of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, freight traffic along the “Novorossiya” route is allegedly gradually stabilizing.
