The Department of Physical Culture, Youth and Sports of the Kherson Regional State Administration may be headed by Serhii Yavorsky.
This became known from his declaration submitted as a candidate for the position.
Yavorsky has headed the children and youth sports school for winter sports since 2015. He is also the head of the NGO «Kherson City Organization of the Physical Culture and Sports Society “Spartak”.
Prior to that, from 2023, the Department of Physical Culture, Youth and Sports of the Kherson Regional State Administration was headed by Kherson activist Anatolii Stotsky, who was kidnapped twice by Russians.
