The Ternopil City District Court handed down a sentence to the former secretary of the Henichesk District Court, Tetyana Myronenko, who went to work for the occupation court in Henichesk.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
As the investigation found and the court confirmed, in 2023 Myronenko voluntarily took the position of a judge’s assistant in the illegally created Henichesk District Court.
In this position she prepared draft requests, letters and documentation for court cases, organized hearings, kept the minutes of hearings, monitored the recording of the course of hearings and carried out other instructions of the judge.
One of the witnesses said that they met Tetyana Myronenko when a court hearing was being held regarding the application of a preventive measure against the witness. She added that she and her family were arrested and she was brought to the occupation court for consideration of the motion to apply a preventive measure.
At that time Myronenko worked in the court and was an assistant to Judge Nataliya Sharko.
According to the witness, at the hearing Tetyana Myronenko behaved freely, performed her duties, smiled, read out and handed her the court decision. As a result of the court hearing a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was applied to her. The process was conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. A Russian flag hung in the hall, and the proceedings were conducted in the Russian language.
In addition, Myronenko took part in the consideration of other cases heard by the occupation court.
The Ternopil City District Court found Tetyana Myronenko guilty of collaborationist activity (part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
