The deputy mayor of Kherson and member of the Kherson City Council Vitaliy Bielobrov received 1,636,213 UAH in his position last year.
This was revealed in his annual declaration.
In addition, the deputy mayor declared a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. A 2012 Kia Rio is owned by Bielobrov’s wife, Svitlana.
Also, the wife’s property includes all family real estate: an apartment in Kherson and three land plots in the Holoprystan community.
In cash, Vitaliy and Svitlana Bielobrovs keep $15,000 and 100,000 hryvnias.

He worked in consulting. From 2013 to 2020 he was a suspect and defendant in a fraud case in Zaporizhzhia. He was released from criminal liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
In March 2021 Ihor Kolykhaiev appointed Vitaliy Bielobrov as his advisor on a public basis. At the same time, the company in which deputy Bielobrov worked received the right to insure all municipal transport.
In June 2021, at Bielobrov’s initiative was created the municipal institution “Institute of Community Development”
In September of the same year Ihor Kolykhaiev appointed the wife of deputy Bielobrov, Svitlana, as director of this institution.
In 2022 he worked at the Kherson Regional Military Administration, heading the investment office.
In April 2023 he was appointed deputy mayor of Kherson.
