Last year the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region, Roman Koziakov, received 1 116 569 UAH in the position.
The data were disclosed in his annual declaration.
Another 298 728 UAH were paid to Koziakov by the Kirovohrad region police, where he worked before being appointed head of the Kherson police department.
Roman Koziakov’s savings in accounts amount to over 58 thousand UAH. In addition, he declared cash — 30 000 UAH and 4 500 USD.
Most of the real estate in the declaration is owned by the official’s wife, Lyudmyla Koziakova. In particular, a residential house in Romanivka in the Zhytomyr region and four land plots (in the same Romanivka and in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in the Kyiv region) are registered to her.
Two apartments in Kyiv are jointly owned by Koziakov, his wife and their children.
Also declared is a 2023 Mazda CX-5 crossover. The car’s price at the time of purchase was 1 398 000 hryvnias – the car was purchased by Koziakov’s wife on credit.
Recall, Roman Koziakov headed the Kherson region police in April 2025. Before that he led the Kirovohrad region police.
