Investigators of the SBU of Ukraine in the Kherson region have announced suspicion against Tetiana Leush, a resident of the village of Dudchany in the Mylivska community. The woman is suspected of collaborationist activity.
This is stated in the court verdict.
According to the investigation, in September 2022 Leush voluntarily agreed to a proposal to organize and participate in holding an illegal referendum on the territory of Dudchany and became a member of the so-called precinct election commission No. 831.
Thus, from 23 to 27 September she took part in door-to-door visits of local residents of Dudchany accompanied by Russian military and urged them to participate in the so-called vote.
Tetiana Leush is suspected under part 2 of Article 28 and part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – collaborationist activity. She may face imprisonment from 5 to 10 years with confiscation of property or without it.
