The so-called governor of the occupied part of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, deleted his posts about imposing a technogenic state of emergency in the region.
According to Meduza, the post disappeared both from Saldo’s Telegram channel and from the Russian messenger MAX.
Media controlled by the occupation authorities practically did not cover the fact of introducing the emergency. Earlier MOST reported that the document itself disappeared from the occupation administration’s website. At that time pro-Russian outlets claimed that it was allegedly “under revision”. Now the posts on Saldo’s social networks about the introduction of this regime have also disappeared.
However, the document was preserved in MOST’s archives.
Earlier it became known that the occupiers introduced the technogenic state of emergency due to massive problems with power supply and damage to critical infrastructure.
At the same time, the document on the introduction of the emergency regime, which the occupation administration adopted as early as July 3, did not specify concrete reasons for such a decision.
