The occupiers claim that during the period of the so-called “special economic regime” in the occupied part of Kherson region nearly 60 agreements have been concluded with a total investment volume of about 11 billion rubles.
This was reported by the occupying governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
Within these agreements, according to him, about 700 jobs have allegedly been created.
At the same time, in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region there is a chronic shortage of teachers, coaches, and doctors. In the territories of Ukraine occupied by the Russians more than 49 thousand vacancies have not been filled, of which – 1.6 thousand jobs remain empty specifically on the left bank of the Kherson region.
For example, in the Kakhovka district the occupying authorities announced a shortage of staff in all institutions.
Hospitals in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region are staffed with specialists at 38%, likewise the Russians cannot also staff cultural institutions on the left bank.
