The occupation-appointed governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, showed the aftermath of the strike on the bridge in Chongar.

Earlier it was reported that the Defense Forces carried out a strike on the bridge deck in the area of the village of Chongar on the administrative boundary between the occupied parts of Kherson region and Crimea.
There were no deaths or injuries, Saldo said.
Recall, at the end of May the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of strikes on the equipment of the occupying forces in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. In particular, the land corridor to Crimea was hit.
In connection with this, the occupation governor Volodymyr Saldo signed a decree on the temporary restriction of heavy vehicle traffic along the R-280 “Novorossiya” route.
It was also reported earlier that in occupied Luhansk region passenger services with Kherson region and Crimea were restricted.
