The occupation governor of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, placed 37th out of 89 in the November mentions ranking of the heads of “Russian” regions (which Russia also includes the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, – MOST) on Telegram.
This is stated in a study by the Russian news agency «Tele Stream» and the analytical center «G.U.R.U.».
According to their data, Saldo was mentioned in 7 283 publications for the month.
Recall, in February 2025 Volodymyr Saldo was recognized as one of the worst governors according to PRAVDASERM – he took 85th place out of 89 possible in the ranking.
