Ihor Teryomenko, dismissed in the autumn of 2021 from the position of director of the municipal enterprise “Regional Hockey Center”, is again working at the municipal hockey club.
His name is published as the contact person in the municipal enterprise’s procurement announcements for goods and services.
Obviously, he took some minor position in the club in order not to file a declaration, but continues to manage budget funds.
Appointed by Manger, Teremenko was involved in many scandals related to the theft of budget funds, but he did not bear any responsibility for this.
In 2019 the municipal enterprise was subject to searches, but this did not prevent Teryomenko from cashing money through Borys Veisthort, collecting assistance for the team through his wife’s charitable foundation and carrying out other similar actions.
Before his appointment to the municipal enterprise, Ihor Teryomenko worked as the head of the State Agricultural Inspection in Mykolaiv Oblast. In Kherson Oblast, and later in Odesa Oblast, this inspection was headed by the chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, Vladyslav Manger.
In 2015 Ihor Teryomenko ran for the Kherson City Council from the “Fatherland” party on Manger’s quota.
In July 2019 Teryomenko was appointed director of the municipal enterprise by a decision of the regional council.
