Russian military attacked a civilian car from a drone on the highway in the Mylivska community of Kherson Oblast.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
As a result of the explosives being dropped, a 67-year-old driver sustained fatal injuries. The man died at the scene from his wounds.
