Around 14:00 Russian forces attacked a civilian car in central Kherson from a drone; the strike killed a 41-year-old man.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
After the attack the victim was taken to hospital in critical condition. Despite the efforts of medics, he could not be saved.
